By placing an order with Fenderist team you confirm that you are familiar with the terms of purchase, payment and delivery, and accept these terms as described below and in other sections of this website. All parts remain the property of Fenderist team until full payment. Payment is considered completed when the funds are credited to the seller's account.

The most efficient method for placing orders with Fenderist team is via the website store. Orders placed through the website will be processed within 7-10 business days. Notices will be sent for orders that contain items that are currently on backorder. Please use an accurate email address during checkout to ensure all communications regarding your transaction are successful.

Fenderist team accepts payment via PayPal. All prices, materials, design, color, contents included with a product, and product specifications are subject to change without notice. Some product images may be shown with optional items that are sold separately. Product photos are for illustration purposes only; some product colors/pigmentation may differ from actual photos.

WARRANTY & DISCLAIMER

All parts manufactured, designed, or sold by Fenderist team must be installed by a licensed technician. Serious injury, death, and property damage can result from the use of automobiles. This risk is increased by improper installation or misuse of aftermarket parts.

Note: Fenderist team is not responsible for damage to components that are operated or used at temperatures equal to or below 25 degrees Celsius (below 13 degrees Fahrenheit).

All shipped FRP parts are gel coated. Priming and painting are buyer's responsibility. Scratches on the surface are normal for this step of manufacturing process and are to be eliminated during priming and painting by a licensed technician at the buyer's expense.

Colors, technical details, shapes, stickers, shown on this website can differ from real appearance and could be changed without prior notice.
